These pics are so fetch.
Lindsay Lohan's younger brother Dakota recently shared a glimpse inside his visit with the Freaky Friday star and her husband Bader Shammas in Dubai. But, of course, the real star of the show was his new nephew Luai, who Lindsay confirmed she welcomed on July 17.
Dakota shared a series of images to his Instagram, including pictures with Lindsay and Bader, solo shots and snaps enjoying the city.
"Over the mooon," the 27-year-old on Instagram August 9. "I'm basically speechless but here goes nothing. I got to see my best friends in a place I never thought I'd experience as in Dubai. They have the most precious little baby Luai who lights up their life and everyone who meets him."
He continued, "This trip to Dubai really put me in the best headspace and I'm beyond grateful for every single moment. Love y'all. Never stop being you."
Dakota also shared a sweet snap of him tucking Luai in for a nap to his Story. Alongside a heart-eyed emoji, he wrote over the pic, taken through a baby camera, "See you soon baby Luai."
And Dakota isn't the only one basking in the glow of a newborn baby—Lindsay recently took a moment to reflect on her first month of motherhood and her postpartum body.
"I am so proud of what this body was able to accomplish during these months of pregnancy and now, recovery," the Mean Girls alum captioned a mirror selfie she posted to Instagram August 2. "Having a baby is the greatest joy in the world! My OOTD lately is my @fridamom postpartum underwear."
And in true Cady Heron fashion, she finished her caption with, "Because I'm not a regular mom, I'm a postpartum mom."
Lindsay and Dakota aren't the only members of the Lohan family feeling over the moon with Luai's arrival. The actress' mother Dina was happy to share her joy over becoming a grandmother, too.
"Overwhelmed with love and joy!" she told People in an interview published July 17. "My flight is today, so excited. He came two days early."
The new grandmother had also previously opened up about her daughter's road to motherhood, including her feelings about her son-in-law, months before Lindsay would give birth.
"She's been trying and then it happened, that little stick came up positive," Dina told the outlet in March. "It's the right time for her and Bader is an angel. Her husband is so sweet and they're just so happy. They're just really happy and ready."
